Arista is a thriving new urban hub located in between Boulder and Denver in Broomfield Colorado. The Arista area contains homes, apartments, retail, restaurants, bars, hotels, trails, parks and an event center.
The 1st Bank Center opened in November of 2006 and has been hosting sporting events, concerts, as well as local entertainment ever since. Some notable restaurants in the area include Masa and Hickory and Ash, both part of the Kevin Taylor Restaurant Group. The Colorado Keg House, Hops n Drops, Protos Pizza are also wonderful spots to enjoy food, drink and great company.
Arista will have 6 wonderfully different and enjoyable parks when the community is finished. There are currently 4 parks finished with 1 under construction. Each park has a distinctive character and a special attraction such as fountains, ponds, art installations, rock walls and more. There is also a dog park located in Shepsfield Park.
Arista perfectly combines the convenience of living in a downtown area with food and fun within walking distance, with the suburban access to trails and open space. An RTD park and ride is located in Arista giving its residents easy access to Denver and Boulder.
